Looking to return or exchange?

Don’t sweat it. We give you 21 Days from the date of delivery to make up your mind. To be eligible, your item must be unused & in the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. See a more in depth look at our return policy below.

Our return policy

Our Return Policy lasts 21 Days, no exceptions. 


If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Our System archives your order 21 days after delivery (Unless an return or exchange request has been approved) so there is no way to refund you if you don’t submit the request prior to the deadline.

Socks

Hats

Bags

ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are issued:


1 ~ Any item not in it’s original condition, missing tags, damaged or missing parts. 

2 ~ If the item smells of smoke or detergent, there will be no refund given.

3 ~ Any item that is returned 21 days after delivery.

DETAILS (PLEASE READ)

Once Your Refund is received & inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you we have recieved the return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original form of payment within 10 days from delivery to our facility.

Credits in the form of Store Credit are also an option & a return of $9.90 shipping cost will be refunded as well if this option is selected (Best Option).


Late or Missing Refunds - If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Sale Items - Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (This does not mean discount code, but it does mean slashed price). If a sale item is sent back, no credit will be issued.


Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to unboxing. If you need to exchange for a different size or item, please use our exchange portal located in the footer of our site. 

Every order (regardless of purchase value) is subject to a free exchange, unless the item is under our Final Sale category. If the customer is not satisfied after the second attempt (First Exchange attempt), all return postage will be paid by the customer & the customer will be issued store credit in the amount of the order.

IF THE EXCHANGE PORTAL DOES NOT SHOW YOUR DESIRED SIZE, THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK. YOU CAN DOUBLE CHECK THIS BY FINDING THE ITEM ON OUR ONLINE STORE.

Gifts - *At this time, we do not offer gift return options or exchanges, and are unable to provide prepaid return labels for orders returned from outside of the United States. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. All exchanges are subject to Product availability. We reserve the right to provide a refund in place of an exchange in all circumstances.


HOLIDAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time, our 21 day return policy is still in tact over the holiday season. Exchanges can be made on eligible items for 60 days. If you missed the 21 day return window & would like to exchange for a different size, please reach out to support@bodcraft.com
