20. Pre-Orders — We reserve the right to cancel or delay a pre-order by up to 6 months. Customers may cancel a pre-order at any time subject to a 25% restocking fee by emailing support@bodcraft.com; BodCraft will have 14 days to respond and an additional 14 days to process the cancellation.

21. Governing Law — These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction where BodCraft is headquartered.

22. Changes to Terms of Service — We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to our website. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
