How can I cancel an order?
You have 15 minutes after placing your order to cancel it. Once this window closes, the order moves into fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, and Coinbase.
How long does fulfillment take?
Most orders are fulfilled within 48-72 hours on business days. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Pre-Order items ship once the final item in your order becomes available.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You can track your order through the Shop app or Route app. You can also opt in to receive shipping updates by email and text.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the United States and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time, though we plan to expand to surrounding countries in the future.
How do I make a return?

How long do I have to return an item?
We offer a 21-day no-questions-asked return policy. You have 21 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange.

Do you have a size chart?
Yes. Size charts are available on every product page, located directly above the "Add to Cart" button.
How should I care for my BodCraft products?
Machine wash cold and hang dry for best results. Our premium materials are designed to hold up to intense training when cared for properly.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Not at this time. We do not currently offer custom sizing.
Where are your stores located?
BodCraft is currently an online-only store.
