SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping & handling times are as follows (business days only — Monday through Friday):

All handling times are subject to change during peak seasons. UPS Next Day Air is guaranteed if the order is placed before noon CST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a postal holiday or weekend are fulfilled the next business day.
Disclosures We don't ship packages on Saturday or Sunday. Items not cancelled within our 30-minute cancellation window are not able to be cancelled for any reason. Any late or missing package should be taken up with the carrier of the package.
BodCraft offers Route Package Protection on every order. This covers all lost or damaged products. Insurance is added automatically & must be removed by the customer. If the insurance is removed from your cart, we cannot guarantee another package will be sent.
